(plan for each hand as the IP pfr)

super connected board:

- 22 unlikely to win at SD; much less valuable than on e.g. 765 - opponent much more likely to hit the higher cards

extreme boards:

AKQ - everything hits

223 - everything misses

pocket 44 or pair of 3s - strong hand on 223 8 7 runout, not so much on 223 J K

advanced concept:

- if our opponent splits his range (e.g. will raise/fast play trips on the flop), then suddenly 99 goes up in value when he just calls, and can be worth 3 bets
